Out of the Valley of Death and into Paradise

Today I rode a wave with a seal, watch Quincey chase down a seagull who was attempting to demolish her PB&J and learned that reapplying sunscreen only works if you do it every couple of hours. Not every 5 or 6 hours. One day I'll learn. But proabably not. 

 

Is this real life? Because spending 8 hours on the beach is nothing short of incredible.
