We took a road trip down to White Sands finally for some sledding New Mexcio style. It quickly turned into a competition to see who could go the farthest. I'm afraid no one was able to beat my distance and I will enter 2012 as reining champ for shooting down a sandy snow-covered slope. :)
I finally actually did something that I pinned on Pinterest! Turns out when you read the directions it's much easier to do a waterfall braid than when you attempt it completely blind. Who knew? I also tried to the whole newspaper nail thing with semi successful results. The image below shows you Reality on the left with Expectations on the right. Maybe it will get easier next year ;)
