Highlights of the weekend:
I went to The Muse for the first time and felt super hip and cool to watch a film festival of films put together in 72 hours.
Quincey finally made it for kickoff for the first time ever and the sunset during the game was stunning!
Avery and I ran the Dirty Dash and it was seriously the best thing I've ever done. I have no idea why getting absolutely covered in mud is so ridiculously fun but it is and I loved every second of it. In fact, Avery and I were only going to run the 5k but it was so fun we had to keep going. I'm so glad we did because if we hadn't we would have missed the mile long swamp we got to run through! I wish we had more pictures but just imagine Avery and I wading through mud trenches (sometimes up to my neck!), hurdling hay bales and sliding down the longest slippery slide I've ever seen. But on second thought don't worry. This will definitely not be my last Dirty Dash and next time Caitlin Dekker and Quincey Savage will be by my side covered head to toe in mud. That is how we will celebrate graduation my friends.
And here is a little discovery that we made Sunday afternoon. This just goes to show you that entertainment can be found in the most unlikely of places. Also, I apologize for the obnoxious laughter. One day I will learn to laugh like a normal person.
