So my roommates and I bought a turkey and decided to have ourselves a Christmas feast! We cooked the turkey ourselves and made the mashed potatoes and gravy from scratch too. And best of all everything turned out great and actually tasted delicious! I wish I had some pictures to post but we devoured the food before I thought to document the event! We invited a bunch of friends over and had a really good time :)
Then for Christmas dinner tonight I decided to contribute to our family dinner by making an apple pie. I used my roommate's recipe to make the pie crust and experimented with an apple pie recipe. It sure looked great!
